Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the LeadsFinder.net website and service (the "Service") operated by SFWeb ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

LeadsFinder.net provides a service that allows users to search for and extract publicly available business information from Google Maps. Users can save, organize, and export this information for their business purposes.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Purchases and Payments

The Service operates on a pay-per-lead credit system. Credits are purchased in packages, with a minimum purchase required as specified on our pricing page. One credit is deducted from your account for each unique lead that you choose to save. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Purchased credits do not expire.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
• To resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Service or the data obtained from it without our express written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by you or scraped from public sources), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LeadsFinder.net and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. You retain all rights to the specific lists of leads you compile and any notes you add.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate data, we do not warrant that the information extracted from Google Maps is always accurate, complete, or current. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LeadsFinder.net, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
